At Intracoastal, we provide a straightforward and affordable rental package for your event.
Rental Fee: $500 for up to 4 hours of event space.
Food & Beverage: Pricing is based on your specific catering choices and guest count. Check out our Party Packages and contact us for customized quotes.
Special Discount: For events held on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays, your rental fee will be credited toward your food and beverage costs.
A 20% automatic gratuity and applicable sales tax will be applied to all catering events.

The Upper Brew Deck
(Upstairs)
Capacity: 30 - 50 guests
Features: Private bar, beautiful views of the brewery’s canning line, and brewery operations.
Accessibility: Fully accessible for guests with disabilities.
Amenities: Complimentary WiFi, TV Screen with Bluetooth, HDMI connections for projectors, MacBooks, and other devices.
Below Deck
(Downstairs)
Capacity: 20 - 100 guests
Features: Open, semi-private space with a relaxed atmosphere.
Accessibility: Fully accessible for guests with disabilities.
Amenities: Complimentary WiFi, TV Screen with Bluetooth, HDMI connections for projectors, MacBooks, and other devices.
Both spaces are available separately or combined for larger events. Only one rental fee applies for combined bookings.
The Upper Brew Deck & Below Deck dining areas are Semi-Private and are part of the outdoor venue at Intracoastal Brewing Co. which features a 150+ seat garden area and views of the brewery operation. Perfect for larger gatherings, or for guests who prefer a more relaxed, open-air experience.

We want your event to be seamless from start to finish. Here’s how we help you prepare for a successful celebration:
Setup Time: Arrive one hour before your event for decorating and final touches.
Cake & Desserts: You are welcome to bring in your own cake and desserts.
Games: Table games (e.g., card games) are allowed. However, yard games (e.g., cornhole, tag, or games involving balls) are not permitted.
